Customer Service Assistant


Ferndale Kennel Pet relocation company and Kennel / Cattery based in Sai Kung

Job Summary

  • Manage the boarding department pet bookings by phone and email
  • Coordinate drivers schedules
  • Shipping department-assist in prepare and check documentation
  • Administration in supporting the team on day-to-day activities
  • Provide exceptional Customer queries handling
  • 5 days a week, $18-25k depends on experience
  • No SH; work Monday to Friday, no evening work.

Job requirements

  • Commitment to the values of Ferndale Kennel including pet welfare above all else
  • Preferably bilingual in both written and spoken Cantonese and English
  • Computer literacy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with administration, customer service.
