North Point Animal Hospital is proud to be a vet-owned business. Our recent expansion places us in a brand new, purpose-built 4000 sq. ft hospital facility to better serve our clients and community!
Our team now includes 7 veterinary surgeons and a support team of 20 talented veterinary nurses, technicians, and receptionists. We are equipped with full in-house IDEXX blood analysers, IM3 dental machine, digital x-ray system, Samsung ultrasound and endoscope. We provide general practice services seeing a variety of cases, overnight/emergency services, and hospitalisation support for our colleagues and pets across Hong Kong.
To support our high caseload, we are looking for new talents to join our close-knit team in providing exceptional veterinary care for our patients. This is an exciting opportunity if you are looking to take your career to the next level! What we are looking for:
VETERINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Day Shift – 5-day work week. This can be a fixed hour role!
- Relevant experience in the veterinary field is an advantage
- Confidence in speaking and writing English/Cantonese/Chinese
- Animal lover with the basic concept of animal care
- Good understanding of the importance and value of customer service
- Have a good sense of responsibility, self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure, both independently and as a team player
- Immediate availability is preferred but not essential
- Locums are also welcome to apply – possibility for a regular role for you if we are the right fit
VETERINARY NURSES
Day Shift – 5-day work week
Night Shift – 4x12 or 5x10 hours work week
- At least three years of veterinary nursing experience
- Confidence in speaking and writing English/Cantonese/Chinese
- Have a patient, service-orientated, compassionate, and caring attitude towards animals and clients
- Have a good sense of responsibility, self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Immediate availability is preferred but not essential
