Overnight-shift Working Team (Urgent)
We are seeking Full-time (Emergency Overnight Veterinarian / Veterinary Assistant / Ward Keeper)
1. Emergency Overnight Veterinarian
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for conducting emergency procedures, orthopedic surgery and critical care
- Providing Professional Consultation and Judgement
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with other veterinary specialists
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 working days per Week;
- At least 5 years of working experience;
- Registered with HKVSB;
- Experience in emergency procedures and critical care ;
- Experienced in orthopedic surgery will be an advantage;
- Skilled in effectively managing and multitasking a large number of multi-morbid patients;
- Proactive, customer-oriented and a good team player;
- Have a professional and positive attitude;
- Good communication skill with clients and colleagues;
- Self-motivated, independent and good interpersonal skills required;
- HK$160K with extra compensation depends on productivity
2. Overnight Veterinary Assistant / Ward Keeper
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist veterinarians in diagnosis and surgery.
- Assist veterinarians with laboratory work, including X-rays.
- Dispense medication according to clinic policies and veterinarian instructions.
- Take care of animals in the hospital, including cleaning and feeding.
- Handle reception duties, including animal registration, record keeping, ordering medications, medical supplies, and documenting records.
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic and hospital.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates with DSE or above are welcome
- Proficient in Chinese typing and basic computer operations
- Strong interpersonal skills, good communication, and team-oriented
- Willing to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Overnight shift: 21:00 – 07:30 / 22:30 – 09:00
- Candidates with 3 or more years of relevant experience will be considered for senior positions
- Less experienced candidates will be hired as veterinary assistant trainee or ward keeper
- Special allowance and priority hiring for overnight shifts

NPV is one of the busiest vet organizations in Hong Kong with 24 hours vet services provided. We have 1 hospital and 6 fully equipped vet clinics with 15 vets and more than 60 vet assistants, providing complete vet services to general public and strays animals.
