Veterinary Assistant Positions Available – Join Our Growing Team at N24 Community Veterinary Hospital

N24 Community Veterinary Hospital is excited to announce the opening of our new, state-of-the-art facility located on the outskirts of Yuen Long. Led by a seasoned Hong Kong senior veterinarian and a dedicated team of experienced professionals, our hospital is fully equipped with advanced medical technologies including:

• Digital Radiography
• Color Doppler Echocardiography

• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

• Comprehensive Hospital Management and Imaging System

Position: Veterinary Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient registration, phone inquiries, and appointment scheduling
• Assist veterinarians during consultations, procedures, and surgeries, including translation support
• Perform in-house laboratory tests such as blood work and urinalysis
• Support diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy)
• Provide daily care for hospitalized animals including feeding, monitoring, cleaning, and medication administration
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized clinical environment
• Communicate with clients in a caring and professional manner
• Help ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
• Provide general support to veterinary staff

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, English, and Mandarin
• Strong customer service skills with a positive and proactive attitude
• Able to work independently under pressure and within a team environment
• Passionate about animal welfare with a professional demeanor
• Basic computer and word processing skills
• 5 working days per week (on shift basis, including weekends)
• Working hours: 12:00 PM – 11:30 PM (1-hour meal break), totaling 48 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: HKD $18,000 – $30,000/month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
