Customer Services Representative

The Customer Services Representative role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining our high standards of client service.

Your role:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for clients, managing face-to-face, email, telephone, and WhatsApp inquiries with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
• Liaising with veterinarians to coordinate appointments, second opinions, and emergency cases, while effectively relaying client messages and concerns.
• Collaborating with nursing staff to address client needs, prescription refills, and pet care requirements.
• Assisting with in-house lab tests where and when possible. Training for this will be provided if needed.
• Reconciling and securing daily financial transactions at the end of each shift.
• Receiving and distributing goods, laboratory tests, and ensuring timely follow-up on pick-up schedules.

What we ask for:

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or administrative capacity.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with Mandarin preferred. Enjoys communication.
• Strong self-motivation and initiative, whilst maintaining a genuine and caring manner.
• Prior experience with EzyVet or similar medical (human or veterinary) practice management software preferred.
• A desire to understand and execute tasks with professionalism, and the ability to effectively communicate any challenges or concerns.
• Attention to detail and reliable organisational abilities.

What's in it for you:
We offer a compensation package commensurate with experience, skills, and performance. Base salary anticipated at HKD15,000 to 20,000 per month, plus health insurance, monthly and annual bonuses, overtime pay, annual leave, continuing education opportunities, and an emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
