Your Role:
As a key leader, you will:

• Lead & Inspire: Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
• Drive Operations: Oversee laboratory, food, and medical orders, ensuring seamless care and high standards.
• Empower Growth: Develop training programs to enhance team skills and compliance across both clinics.
• Collaborate Strategically:
  Partner with our senior vet to align management decisions with our vision.
• Deliver Exceptional Care:
  Provide hands-on, high-quality nursing, showcasing your expertise.

Who We're Looking For:

• A seasoned veterinary nurse with leadership and patient care excellence.
• Strong organizational and delegation skills to manage priorities across two clinics.
• A proactive, confident problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Experience in procurement, training, or management is a plus, but we welcome exceptional potential.
