Harvest Veterinary Oncology Centre (HVOC) is seeking a Board-Certified Full-time Veterinarian and Veterinary Assistant (Day / Night Clinic) to join our dynamic and collaborative team! We are an integrated animal hospital designed to meet the diverse demands of animal healthcare by offering a full spectrum of clinical services to our patients, in addition to provide 24-hour veterinary service.
What makes us different:
HVOC is equipped with a Linear Accelerator (Linac) for radiotherapy, a Positron Emission Tomography – Computed Tomography (PET-CT) scanner and a 1.5T Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanner for medical imaging.

1. Full-time Veterinarian
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough examinations of animals, diagnose medical conditions, and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations, providing critical care to animals in distress.
- Manage the care of hospitalized animals, ensuring they receive the necessary treatments and monitoring their progress.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentations.
- Work closely with other veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to animal care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during shifts.
Job Requirements
- Registered with HKVSB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex medical cases.
- Excellent communication skills to convey medical information to pet owners clearly and compassionately.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fresh graduates or juniors will also be considered.
2. Veterinary Assistant (Day / Night Clinic)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist veterinarian, veterinary nurse and technicians during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms and clinical areas.
- Provide care and comfort to animals pre- and post-treatment.
- Educate pet owners on proper animal care and post-operative instructions.
- Handle animal registration, record keeping, and documenting records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hospital.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates with DSE or above are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, including customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
