Join us in the following roles:

1. Senior Veterinary Surgeon (Clinical Mentor)

Your Role: To provide clinical leadership, inspire our team, and be a cornerstone of our medical excellence.

You will:

  • Diagnose and treat complex medical and surgical cases autonomously, setting a high standard of care.
  • Work independently to manage your caseload while providing mentorship and support to fellow veterinarians and nurses.
  • Build deep, trusting relationships with clients and make sound clinical decisions with confidence.
  • Help guide the strategic development of our clinical services with minimal supervision.

We're looking for:

  • A Hong Kong Registered Veterinarian with 5+ years of experience.
  • A proven ability to work independently and lead cases from presentation to resolution.
  • A natural leader and teacher who is energized by helping others succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).
  • A deep alignment with our social mission and community values.


2. Exotic Animal Veterinary Surgeon

Your Role: To be our pioneer in exotic animal medicine, building a unique and essential service for our community.

You will:

  • Work independently as the primary clinician for all exotic animal cases, providing expert medical and surgical care for birds, reptiles, and small mammals.
  • Confidently develop this service from the ground up, demonstrating initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Act as the in-house expert, making autonomous decisions on complex exotic cases.
  • Educate the community and our team on exotic pet care.

We're looking for:

  • A Hong Kong Registered Veterinarian.
  • Proven experience and a true passion for exotic animal medicine.
  • The confidence and ability to work independently and manage a specialized caseload with minimal direct supervision.
  • A collaborative team player who is also a self-starter.


3. Overnight Veterinary Surgeon (Emergency & Critical Care)

Your Role: To be our guardian of the night, providing critical care and peace of mind when it's needed most.

You will:

  • Work autonomously to manage all emergency admissions and provide vigilant care for hospitalized patients throughout the night.
  • Make critical, time-sensitive decisions independently, with the full confidence and support of the daytime team.
  • Demonstrate compassion and clarity when communicating with clients in crisis without direct supervision.
  • Be a vital, self-reliant link in our 24/7 chain of care.

We're looking for:

  • A Hong Kong Registered Veterinarian.
  • Confidence and competence in emergency medicine to work independently. Experienced vets and passionate new graduates are welcome.
  • Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in an autonomous overnight role.
  • A commitment to the critical role of independent overnight care in our service model.

  • 天生的領導者和教師，以助人成功為樂。
  • 優秀的英語溝通能力（懂粵語/普通話更佳）。

2. 異寵獸醫

您的角色: 成為我們異寵醫學的先鋒，為社區建立獨特而必要的服務。

您將:

  • 作為所有異寵病例的主治醫生，獨立工作，為鳥類、爬行動物及小型哺乳動物提供專業治療。
  • 自信地從零開始發展此項服務，展現主動性和創業精神。
  • 作為內部專家，能就複雜的異寵病例自主做出決定。
  • 教育社區和團隊有關異寵護理的知識。

我們尋找的是:

  • 香港註冊獸醫。
  • 擁有異寵醫學的實戰經驗和熱誠。
  • 擁有自信和獨立工作的能力，能在最少直接監督下管理專科病例。
  • 既是團隊合作者，也是能主動獨當一面的專業人士。


3. 夜間獸醫 (急症與危重護理)

您的角色: 成為我們的夜間守護者，在最需要的時刻提供關鍵護理和安心。

您將:

  • 獨立自主地處理所有夜間急症，為住院動物提供徹夜守護和護理。
  • 在無直接監督的情況下，獨立做出關鍵的、有時效性的決定，並得到日間團隊的充分信任。
  • 與處於危機中的客戶進行清晰且有同理心的溝通。
  • 成為我們24/7護理鏈中至關重要且自足的一環。

我們尋找的是:

  • 香港註冊獸醫。
  • 具備處理急症的自信和能力，能獨立完成夜間工作。歡迎經驗豐富的獸醫及充滿熱誠的新畢業生。
  • 擁有抗壓能力、良好判斷力及在自主夜班工作中發揮出色的能力。
