New integrated vet clinic in Tin Hau area practicing both conventional and traditional Chinese medicine looking for vet assistants and receptionists to join us. Run by vet with 20+ years of experience. We aim to provide friendly working environment emphasizing on work life balance and good communication. Candidates new to the field will be supported. No afterhours.
FULL-TIME VETERINARY ASSISTANT
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 and above
- Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Strong interest in working with animals
- Polite and professional customer service; good interpersonal & communication skills to work well in a small team environment
- Strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality
- Independent and able to work as a team
- Professional, caring and mature
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
- Experience is preferred otherwise candidate should be willing to be trained up on the job
Job Descriptions:
- Maintaining workplace tidiness and cleanliness
- Assisting veterinarians during consultations & surgeries
- Taking care of hospitalized patients and providing professional care and treatments
- Running laboratory tests
- Providing excellent customer services to incoming clients, stock delivery and laboratory sample pickups
- EzyVet software system
- Dispensing both herbal and conventional medications, prescription diets and recommending over-the-counter products
FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST
Job Requirements:
- Form 5 and above

- Basic computer skills

Job Descriptions:
- Arranging bookings and reservations as well as placing dietary orders for pet owners
- Receiving and handling payments
- Providing excellent customer services to incoming clients, stock delivery and laboratory sample pickups
- Dispensing both herbal and conventional medications, prescription diets and recommending over-the-counter products may be required
